Monthly Coffee Boxes (Subscriptions) policy:
These will be packed and shipped by latest the 5th (Business day) of every month (excluding weekend and public holidays) on paid up monthly accounts. Coffee box subscription invoices will be sent out by the 20th of each month and we ask you please settle the invoice in a timely manor to ensure you receive your next box.
We do not debit your account automatically!
We offer where ever possible the option to either have the coffee arrive ground or in whole bean form. Some coffee might arrive in a whole bean form, even if you have requested it to be ground. This might happen because either that months blend was a limited run, international blend (import) or packaging restrictions on how its being presented.
